摘要
为了减少施工阶段环境污染，推行绿色施工，本文提出了施工环境负荷来量化和比较施工操作对环境的影响程度，从而识别施工阶段的重要环境因素并对重要环境因素制定了相应的控制对策。
In order to reduce the environmental pollution and implement green construction, construction environmental load （CEL） is introduced in this paper to quantify and compare the impact of construction operations, based on which important environmental elements can be identified and countermeasures of controlling these important environmental elements are made accordingly.
