摘要 以累托石为载体,根据黏土矿物的特性,在总结已有研究成果的基础上,制备了chitosan改性累托石。将驯化后的活性污泥以包埋的方式,由单因素试验和正交试验得到制备固定化生物累托石最优条件,制成的生物累托石为有一定弹性和韧性的小球,且与累托石粉末的颜色基本一致。固定化生物累托石在污水处理体系中具有较强的适应能力,温度、进水浓度、pH值等环境因素改变时,对其处理效果的影响较小,包埋体系处理生活污水的最佳运行条件是:COD浓度400mg/L,曝气时间12h,温度20~35℃,pH值6.5—7.5,污水与固定化生物累托石的质量比20:1,此时COD去除率达80.57%。 According to the characteristics of clay minerals, the performance and the cost, the chitosan -pillared rectorite material was prepared after summing up the existed research results. Based on single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, we figured out the optimal conditions on preparation immobilized biological rectories. After immobilization, the environmental factors such as temperature, influent pollutant concentration, pH value have least effects on the treatment efficiency. The results of the experiment showed when concentration of COD is 400 mg/L, the time of aeration is 12 h, the temperature is 20 - 35 ℃, pH 6.5 - 7.5, the amount of immobilized biological rectorite to the sewage is 1 : 20, the removal efficiency of COD is 80.57%. This showed that the immobilized system' s ability to adapt to the environment is strong, this method is easy handled and feasible.
