Discussion on the Tort Liability Act Defenses in the Draft

《侵权责任法草案》已经过了两次审议,二审稿中涉及的抗辩事由的五种规定,并没有涵盖所有的抗辩事由,需要补充相应的条款,进一步完善《侵权责任法草案》。

The draft Tort Liability Act, has been twice considered, the Second Peer Review involved in five defenses, caused a discussion of the academic community. However, the author believe, and does not cover all of the defenses, need to be supplemented by the corresponding provisions. Now the author far as the draft law tort liability issues involved in defenses to make the following study.
