摘要
提出了一种基于RTP的H.264码流自适应网络传输策略,采用H.264压缩技术,实现了多媒体数据的实时传输.根据接收端反馈的网络状况,动态调整发送码率,使其适应网络带宽的变化.在此基础上,实现了一个基于H.264的多路嵌入式视频服务器.
This paper proposes a RTP-based frame rate adaptive strategy for transmitting H. 264 stream. According to the transmission quality information which is fed back from the receiver, the frame rate on the sender changes automatically to adapt the network condition. Then it gives an instance of multi-embedded video server basing on H. 264.
