随着南水北调工程建设的推进,附加在工程上的信息量也越来越大。为了使南水北调工程的各个建设单位之间的信息沟通更加顺畅和有效,管理更加规范和科学,对南水北调工程建设管理过程中出现的3种主要的管理模式进行了调研和分析,并根据现有的管理模式建立了相应的信息流模型。模型反映了参与南水北调主体工程建设的各个单位之间的信息流动过程,可以用来分析南水北调工程建设管理信息流的效率和可靠性,可以作为进一步研究南水北调工程建设单位之间接口的基础。

With the progress of the South to-North Water Transfer project, the amount of information attached to the Project is also growing. To make communication among the various organizations more smooth and effective, and management more standardized and scientific, the corre sponding three information flow models are built based on research and analysis to the existing three main construction management modes. These models reflect the flow of information between organizations, and can be used to analyze the efficiency and reliability of the South-to North Water Transfer project construction management information flow, and as the basis of further study to the interface between organizations of the South-to North Water Transfer project construction management.
