摘要
南水北调工程作为国家重点工程,建设期间直接吸纳了大量的农民工就业。通过对东、中线典型工地劳务用工情况调查,南水北调在建设用工方面基本上能够遵照法律规定和要求,与所聘用的劳务人员签订合同、支付工资报酬、缴纳社会保险,重视劳动保护和生产安全,用工管理比较规范。但也存在着施工单位管理还不能全到位、农民工自我保护意识不够等问题,文章对此提出了如何规范建设用工的对策建议。
The SNWD project is a national key project, it take up directly a lot of journeywork in construction period. According to the investigation in the typical building sites of the SNWD eastern and middle lines, the result shows that project construction units could obey the legal rule and requests, made the work contract with all j ourneyworks, paid wages and social security, regarded labor protection and safety, and normalized journeywork management. But some questions are also existed as incomplete labor management, imperfectly self-protection consciousness of journeywork. The article makes some advice for existing questions.
