摘要
结合河北省实际,从合理确定灌溉可利用水量、推广管道输水小畦灌溉和农艺节水增产技术、工程管护体制改革等方面,对井灌区节水改造工程项目规划实施方案,进行了技术可行性、经济合理性分析,并对出现的一些问题提出了改进意见。
Combining actual situation of Hebei province, the paper has carried out some analyses of technical feasibility and economic reasonableness on the implementation scheme of water-saving rehabilitation program in well irrigation region from the aspects of reasonable determination of irrigated water available volume, extension of piping conveyance for small furrow irrigation, agronomical technology for water-saving and yield-in- creasing,engineering management system;and proposed some suggestions for the occurred issues.
