彩色多普勒超声评价移居高原青年男性右心系统有关参数的变化

Evaluation of Color Doppler Ultrasound on the Changes of Right Heart System Parameters in Young Males One Year after the Migration to High Altitude of 3900m to 4700m

目的探讨移居3900～4700m1年以上的青年男性右心系统有关参数的变化。方法利用mycolor-202型超声诊断仪对移居3900～4700m高原1年以上的青年男性(高原组,n=164)进行常规超声心动图检测,重点检查肺动脉内径(PA)、右室流出道宽度(ROVT)、三尖瓣口E、A峰血流速度(TVE、TVA),右心房左右径(RAT)及上下径(RVD),所有指标均与职业相匹配的平原对照比较(平原组,n=75)。结果高原组ROVT、PA的宽度非常显著宽于平原组(P<0.01);高原组TVE非常显著低于平原组(P<0.01);高原组RAT非常显著小于平原组(P<0.01)。结论移居3900～4700m1年的青年男性ROVT、PA增宽,TAE流速降低,RAT缩短。

Objective To discuss the changes of right heart system parameters in young males 1 year after the migration to high altitude of 3900m to 4700m. Methods Routine echocardiogram was made to 164 young males （ plateau group ） 1 year after the migration to high al- titude of 3900m to 4700m, the examination focused on the inner diameter of PA, the width of ROVT, the peak flow velocity of TVE and TVA, the right - to - left and up - and - down length of right ventricle ; all parameters were compared with those of 75 young males （ plain group } in plain Results The width of ROVT and PA in plateau group was much wider than that in plain group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the TVE in plateau group was significantly lower than that in plain group （P 〈0. 01 ） ; the RAT in plateau group was obviously smaller than that in plain group { P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions One year after migration to high altitude of 3900m to 4700m, the ROVT and PA of the young males become wider with decreased TAE and shortened RAT.
