阴道镜联合LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Colposcope and LEEP Knife in Diagnosing and Treating Cervical Lesions

目的探讨阴道镜联合LEEP刀在基层医疗单位治疗宫颈病变的可行性及安全性。方法选择529例宫颈病变患者实施阴道镜联合LEEP刀治疗,对手术时间、出血量及手术前后病理结果等进行观察。结果手术时间平均5min;平均出血量为10ml。病变一次治愈达100%。结论阴道镜联合LEEP刀治疗各类宫颈疾病手术时间短,简单易行,治疗效果佳,可提供完整的病理标本,降低宫颈癌的误诊率和漏诊率,值得基层医疗单位推广应用。

Objective To discuss the feasibility and safety of colposcope and LEEP knife in diagnosing and treating cervical lesions in basic medical units. Methods 529 cases with cervical lesions diagnosed by colposcope were operated on with LEEP knife, and the time length of operation, the volume of bleeding and the results of pathological study before and after operation were analyzed. Results The average operation time was 5 minutes and the average volume of bleeding was 10ml; the one time cure rate reached 100%. Conclusions The application of LEEP knife to treat the patients with cervical lesions diagnosed by colposcope is of such advantages as shorter time, easy operation, better curative effect and providing the whole specimen for pathological study, and it can decrease the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of cervical carcinoma, worthy of wide application in basic medical units.
