综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Combined Treatment on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察椎间盘突出症经卧硬板床休息、牵引、药物、推拿按摩、物理治疗及运动等综合治疗后的临床疗效。方法对462例椎间盘突出根据病人病情分别采用牵引、理疗、运动治疗等措施治疗,对治疗效果进行分析。结果经过多项康复治疗和足够的疗程后458例病人都取得了良好的效果,有效率99.13%。4例因马尾神经受压症状未缓解接受手术治疗。结论椎间盘突出症病程长,恢复慢,复发率高,病人经过综合治疗和足够疗程有较好的临床效果,能恢复正常工作和生活。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the combined treatment on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 462 patients with lumbar disc herniation were given traction, or physical therapy, or movement therapy according to their actual condition; the curative effect was analyzed. Results After multiple therapies of rehabilitation within adequate courses, 458 patients had great improvement and the effective rate reached 99. 13% while 4 cases had to receive surgical treatment as the symptoms of the oppressed cauda equine were not relieved. Conclusions Lumbar disc herniation has such characteristics as long course, slow recovery and high recurrence; the corn-bined treatment within adequate courses is of good clinical effect and can help the patients soon resume normal work and living.
