摘要 高血压是心血管疾病发病及死亡的主要危险因素之一,主要通过损害心、脑、肾等靶器官而威胁人类健康。抗高血压治疗的根本目的在于靶器官保护。大量循证医学证据表明,降低血压本身可对高血压患者的靶器官产生保护作用,此外,不同的药物联合方案可为靶器官带来不同程度的获益。随着对肾素-血管紧张素系统认识的不断深入以及高血压疫苗临床使用的实现,抗高血压药物治疗及靶器官保护将进入一个全新时期。另外,随着高血压基因定位的明确以及基因治疗技术的成熟,治愈高血压将成为可能。 Hypertension is one of the major risk factors for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality through its effects on the target organs as heart, brain and kidney. The essential purpose for anti-hypertensive therapy is to protect the target organs. A series of evidence-based medicine have discovered that the protection of target organs can be obtained from lowering blood pressure itself, furthermore, different combination of anti-hypertensive drugs have different benefits to the target organs. Along with elucidation of the new pathway of rennin-angiotensin system (RAS), realization of application of hypertension vaccine in clinic, progression of genomics target organs protection will enter a really new period. of drug therapy and gene therapy, anti-hypertensive therapy and
