摘要
目的:以大豆生育期根部土壤微生物为研究对象,系统研究了不同施肥制度对土壤微生物种群和生理活性的影响。方法:以氯仿熏蒸培养法测定微生物碳含量、开氏法测定氮含量。结果:有机肥与复合肥配合施用能使得大豆各生育时期的土壤微生物碳、氮量显著增加,且促进土壤中细菌和放线菌数目的增加。结论:有机肥与复合肥配合施用更有利于大豆生育期土壤微生物的生长。
Objective: In the experiment, soil microorganism during soybean growth period is the object of study,and the effects of different fertilization treatment on soil microorganism is sysematicly studied. Method: Chloroform evaporated method is used to determine carbon contents,kjeldabl method is used to determine nitro- gen contents. Results: Combinationof organic and NPK compound fertilizer can greatly enhance soil microbial biomass in the whole soybean growth period and increase the quantity of bacteria and actinomycete in the soil. Conclusion: Combination of organic and NPK compound fertilizer can greatly enhance microbial biomass in the soil in the whole soybean growth period.
