摘要
给出国际油气勘探开发项目综合排序的原则,在兼顾指标体系的完备性和排序结果清晰性的基础上,构建项目综合排序模型。模型针对石油勘探开发项目中蕴含的风险,建立特定的指标体系并赋予指标相应的权重,计算项目的综合风险数值,并依之对项目进行清晰排序。应用结果表明,综合分级与排序指数能够清晰地表示项目风险的大小,气泡图能够同时表示项目资源、经济、政治3方面的风险,从而验证了所建模型的有效性。
The principles of integrated ranking of the international oil and gas exploration & production (E&P) projects were given. Considering both the completeness of the index system and the clarity of ranking results, a model was built to rank the international oil and gas E&P projects. In the model, a special indicator system was developed to show the risk contained in oil and gas E&P projects and the indicators relevant weights to quantize the risk of the projects were given. Then the integrated risk index can be obtained, based on which the risks of the projects were ranked. The application results show that the integrated indexes can clearly demenstrate the risk of projects, and the bubble chart can show the technical risk, economic risk and political risk, which proves the validity of the model.
