甘蔗作为我国南方一种主要经济作物,其收获既费工时又费劳力,而脱叶的劳动时间最长。通过各种剥叶方法的比较和分析,介绍甘蔗剥叶机剥叶装置的工作原理、关键技术以及研制现状,得出小型甘蔗剥叶机是最适合我国南方甘蔗收获的一种小型农机,能较大幅度地提高劳动生产率。

The sugar cane, as one major economic crops in the south of China, its harvest requires a lot of work and time, but the working time for defoliation is the longest. Through comparison and analysis of various defoliation methods, this article presents the working principle, key techniques and the present development of the leaf stripping device of the defoliation machine, concluding that small-sized sugar cane defoliation machine is the best choice for harvesting sugar cane in the south of China for it can significantly improve productivity.
