口服降糖药应用分析

Analysis of Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs Used in Hospital

目的了解2007～2008年常州市中医医院糖尿病药物病区的使用情况及趋势，为临床合理用药及科学管理提供参考。方法采用金额排序法和DDDs排序法，利用电子表格excel2000对该医院近2年口服降糖药的用药金额、主要品种及其DDDs进行统计分析。结果2年来该院口服降血糖药用药金额和DDDs呈下降趋势，最常用的降糖药为马来酸罗格列酮、阿卡波糖，国产降血糖药的用药金额增幅明显。结论该院近2年口服降血糖药的用药趋势下降，安全有效、价格适中的国产降血糖药具有广阔的前景。

Objective To understand the application and trend of oral hypolycemic drugs in the ChangZhou hospital during the period of 2007 - 2008. Methods To statistically analyzethe sum of money and DDDs of dominating oral hypoglycemic drugs of this hospitalin recent 2 years. Results The puichase cost and frequency usage of oral hypoglycemic drugs declined during 2 years ; Cinepazide Maleate and acarbose were the leading drugs in this hospital ; the purchase cost of the drugs manufactured at home presented a significant increase. Conclusion The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in this hospital isapproximately dicreased in recent 2 years and the future for drugs of safe, effective and cheap manufactured at home is bright in China.
