摘要
阐述了采用激光珩磨技术加工理想平台网纹缸套的可行性、一致性,以及激光珩磨网纹缸套在CA6DF2柴油机上的试验情况,机油耗对比试验及额定功率试验表明,与传统平台珩磨网纹缸套相比,采用激光珩磨网纹缸套能显著降低发动机机油燃油比和漏气量。
The possibility and uniformity of machining the inner surface of the cylinder liner into mesh grid by using laser honing technique are described,and test results of the CA6DF2 diesel engine with the laser honing liner are also presented.The results of the lubrication oil consumption test and the rated power test indicated that the quantity of the lubrication oil consumption and blow-by can be remarkably improved in the diesel engine with laser honing liner comparing to that with conventional honing liner.
