Ten proposal on the new round promotion of regional integration in Yangtze River Delta

近年来,长三角区域一体化取得了有目共睹的成效,并成功抵御了国际金融危机的严重冲击,实现了经济企稳回升的积极转变。面对后危机时代的新机遇和新挑战,针对区域一体化合作中出现的问题与瓶颈,文章提出推进新一轮长三角区域一体化发展的十点建议,重点提出要以上海"两个中心"建设和浦东综合配套改革试验区为突破口,努力构建起分工合理、功能完备的长三角城镇体系,全面加快长三角城市的国际化进程,使长三角城市群尽早成为我国最具活力和国际竞争力的世界级城市群。

Regional integration in Yangtze River Delta has made remarkable achievements and resist the impact of financial crisis.Facing the new opportunities and new challenges of post-crisis era,this article push forward ten proposal on the new round promotion of regional integration in Yangtze River Delta.The development should take advantage of the construcitonof two centers in Shanghai and Pudong experimental zone and construct a reasonable division of labor,a fully functioning system of the system of cities and towns in Yangtze River Delta,speed up the process of internationalization and turn the Yangtze River Delta region into the most dynamic and internationally competitive world-class city group.
