193例恶性肿瘤患者全身热化疗不良反应分析

Analysis of adverse reaction induced by the whole body hyperthermia and chemotherapy in 193 patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的观察深度镇静下193例恶性肿瘤患者全身热化疗中的不良反应。方法对193例不同类型的恶性肿瘤患者在深度镇静下进行全身热化疗,观察治疗中和治疗后不良反应发生的情况。结果发生烧伤51例,尺神经损伤6例,脉搏氧指夹挤压伤2例,血压改变7例,呼吸系统不良反应11例,严重心动过速4例,热化疗相关死亡2例。结论全身热化疗是晚期恶性肿瘤患者的一个相对安全、可行的治疗手段。

Objective To observe the adverse reaction induced by 256 man-times treatment whole body hyperthermia （WBH） and chemotherapy under deep conscious-sedation in 193 patients with advanced malignant tumor. Method The 193 patients with various malignant tumors were applied WBH and chemotherapy under deep conscious-sedation, the adverse reaction during and post treatment was observed. Result Among the 193 patients 51 patients occured burns, 6 ulnar nerve injures, 2 crush burns by pulse oxygen-finger-clip, 6 arterial tensionchanged, 11 adverse reaction of the respiration, 4 serve tachycardia, 2 correlated deaths of the thermo- chemotherapy. Conclusion WBH and chemotherapy is a safe and easy treatment method for advanced malignant tumor.
