摘要
采用经纤支镜支气管冲洗液及涂片查抗酸杆菌的方法,对67例痰菌阴性肺结核进行检查。结果显示:支气管冲洗液抗酸杆菌检出率79.1%,直接刷片检出率55.2%,两者比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);支气管冲洗液+刷片联合检出率91.0%。说明支气管冲洗液查抗酸杆菌对痰菌阴性肺结核是一种简单、实用的诊断技术,支气管冲洗液+刷片联合检查可以提高结核杆菌的检出率。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of bronchial washings and brushing on sputum negative pul- monary tuberculosis.Methods The finding tubercle bacillus of bronchial washings and brushing by fiberbronchoscopy of 67 cases were reviewed.Results The bronchial washings and brushings respectively gave positive rate of 79.1% and 55. 2%.The positive rate of bronchial washing was very significant as compared with that of brushings(P<0.01 ).Total posi- tive rate was 91.0%.Conclusion This technique of washing by fiberbronchoscopy is simple and practical.When bronchial washings and brushings were used simultaneously,the diagnosis rate of pulmonary tuberculosis was remarkably higher.
