前列腺增生患者血清PSA值与勃起功能障碍之间的相关研究

Correlation between erectile dysfunction and PSA of patients with benign prostate hyperplasia

目的:探讨老年前列腺增生患者血浆PSA值与勃起功能障碍之间的相关性。方法:应用IIEF-5国际勃起功能指数问卷表和IPSS国际前列腺症状评分表对入选的BPH患者进行阴茎勃起功能障碍以及前列腺增生症状评估;按照IIEF-5分为轻度、中度、重度三组,所有入选患者均行血清PSA值测定,血清PSA值测定用酶联免疫法测定,单位为μg/L。比较各组年龄、IPSS评分、血清PSA值之间的差异和PSA值与IIEF-5评分值之间的相关性。所有数据用SPSS13.0统计包行统计分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:本研究共收集141例患者资料,年龄59～89岁,平均(71.67±5.41)岁。轻度ED组,平均年龄(70.52±5.54)岁,共42例;中度ED组,平均(70.51±4.71)岁,共43例;重度ED组,平均(72.71±5.59)岁,共56例。各组间年龄及IPSS评分相比,差异无统计学意义。PSA测定平均值分别为(3.56±4.45)、(4.63±7.46)、(5.44±4.27)μg/L,差异有统计学意义,P=0.029。相关分析显示:IIEF-5评分和血清PSA值之间有较强的负相关关系,r=-0.67。结论:BPH患者有着很高的ED发生率,对于具有相似严重下尿路症状的患者其血清PSA值与IIEF-5评分存在着负相关。

Objective：To explore the relationship between senile male BPH and ED from serum PSA value.Methods：By using international index for erectile function（IIEF-5） questionnaires and IPSS to assess erectile dysfunction and lower uri nary tract symptoms in enrolled patients with BPH,divided them into mild moderate and severe groups by IIEF-5 scores.All groups conducted serum PSA value measurement.Compared the differences between ages and IPSS grading and the blood serum PSA values of each group.Aslo the relevance between PSA valus and IIEF-5 grading.All datas were calculated by SPSS13.0.Statistical significance existed at P0.05.Results：Totally 141 cases were involved in this trial with a maximum age of 85,minimum age of 59,and an average age was（71.67±5.41）.There was no statistical significance between three groups on age and IPSS.serum PSA of group mild was（3.56±4.45）,（4.63±7.46） μg/L in group moderate,（5.44±4.27） μg/L in group severe.There was statistical significance（P=0.029） among three groups repectively.The correlation analysis demonstrated：The IIEF-5 scores and the blood serum PSA values had the strong inverse correlation relations,r=-0.67.Conclusion：BPH patients always have a high incidence of ED.There is a certain negtive correlation between serum PSA values and IIEF-5 scores of the patients who have the similar serious lower urinary tract symptoms.
