摘要
目的:探讨心理干预对护士应对方式与社会支持的影响,以期为提升护士应对技能,有效利用社会支持提供依据。方法:应用社会支持评定量表和简易应对方式问卷对40名护士进行跟踪测评、分析。结果:心理干预对护士应对方式与社会支持有影响,方法和形式需要进一步探讨。结论:心理干预能促使护士采取积极的应对策略和有效利用社会支持。
Objective：To explore the influence of mental intervention for nurses in order to promote skills of nurses and provide the basis for the effective use of social support.Methods：Applied social support revalued scale and simple coping ways questionnaire to 40 nurses to track measurement and analysis.Results：With regard to the influence of mental intervention for nurses coping ways and social support,methods and forms needed to be explored.Conclusion：Mental intervention would encourage nurses to take an active coping strategy and use of social support effectively.
