经皮黄疸仪的临床应用价值分析

目的:探讨经皮黄疸仪的敏感性、快捷性及诊断准确度,探讨其临床应用。方法:标本来源于本院妇产科2009年11～12月出生的新生儿、儿科住院的新生儿、门诊新生儿以及有肝功能损害和黄疸的患儿,通过血清总胆红素检测和经皮黄疸仪检测胆红素进行对比,探讨经皮黄疸仪的应用价值。结果:经皮黄疸仪在检测时间和费用上有较大优势,家属有较高接受度;检测数据在黄疸患儿中有较高的准确性,在无黄疸患儿中差异较大,无参考价值。结论:用经皮黄疸仪检测胆红素有较好的敏感性、快捷性和诊断准确度,操作方便、快捷、成本低,适用于黄疸患儿动态监测胆红素,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the sensitivity of transcutaneous jaundice instrument,fast and diagnostic accuracy,to explore its clinical application.Methods：Slected the specimen source of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from November to December in 2009 of newborns born,newborn inpatient,outpatient newborn as well as liver damage and jaundice by serum bilirubin testing and percutaneous jaundice instrument detection of bilirubin compared with the two methods are in good agreement to explore the value of transcutaneous jaundice instrument.Results：Percutaneous bilirubin jaundice instrument could immediately result,and the family had good acceptance.Conclusion：Percutaneous bilirubin jaundice detects better sensitivity,fast and diagnostic accuracy.Approach is convenient,quick,cheap,low cost,suitable for dynamic monitoring of bilirubin,it is worth to using popularization and application at the grassroots level.
