尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣在腕部深度电烧伤修复中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复腕部深度电烧伤的临床疗效。方法:采用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复腕部深度电烧伤后软组织缺损9例,术中切取皮瓣为3cm×4cm~4cm×10cm。结果:本组皮瓣全部成活,供区愈合好,随访6个月~2a,皮瓣质地佳,外形满意,功能恢复良好。结论:该术式操作简便,不牺牲前臂主要血管,解剖位置恒定,方法可靠,是修复腕部深度电烧伤的较好方法。 Objective:To investigate clinical therapeutic effects of the dorsal carpel branch of ulnar artery skin flap in repairing electrical burn of wrists. Methods :The dorsal carpel branch of ulnar artery skin flap was used to repair the defects of soft tissue after deep electrical burn of wrist in nine patients. Results:All skin flaps were survived. The size of skin flap ranged from 3 cm ×4 cm to 4 cm × 10 cm. During the postoperative follow up of 6-24 months, the.patients were satisfied with the texture, appearance and favourable functional recovery. Conclusious:The surgical procedure is simple and dependable, without sacrificing the main blood vessel, and the anatomical location is stationary. This technique is an effective treatment option for repairing the electrical bum wound of wrist.
