摘要
连续退火炉内带钢经常存在不同的板形缺陷,不仅影响带钢在连续退火炉内的通板稳定性,而且影响产品质量。运用ANSYS有限元软件模拟连续退火炉内带钢横向张力分布,研究来料板形、导向辊辊形曲线与炉内带钢张力之间的关系,为设计合理的导向辊辊形提供理论依据。
Different wave-shaped defects existed in the continuous annealing furnace,which affect the stability of steel strip and the quality of the products.Stress distribution on transverse direction was simulated,and the relations during shape defects,profile of guide rollers and tension were researched.The results provide a reliable base in theory for getting reasonable profile of guide rollers.
