以大环内酯类抗生素为主治疗异基因造血干细胞移植后阻塞性细支气管炎的疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 阻塞性细支气管炎（BO）是异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）后患者最为常见的迟发性非感染性肺部并发症（LONIPC）之一，其发病率为6％～26％，死亡率高达60％，近年来逐渐受到重视^[1-3]。因BO的发病机制尚不清楚，故尚无有效的治疗方法。我们观察大环内酯类抗生素（阿奇霉素）治疗BO的疗效，并通过比较治疗前后相关细胞因子水平的变化，探讨大环内酯类抗生素治疗BO的作用机制。
