内镜窄带成像技术对大肠肿瘤的诊断价值探讨 被引量:8

摘要 大肠癌、大肠肿瘤性息肉及非肿瘤性息肉的发现诊断,是结肠镜检查的主要目的。内镜窄带成像技术(narrow band imaging,NBI),突出优势在于既能对消化道黏膜表面的细微形态清晰显示,又可使一些普通内镜难以发现的病灶突显出来,有助于提高消化道癌及其癌前病变的检出率。
