2753名3-6岁正常儿童血细胞参数调查

Investigation of blood cells parameter in 2753 3-6 year-old health children

目的探寻幼儿血细胞参数的正常参考范围。方法对宁波市区2753名3－6岁正常儿童（男1402名、女1351名）白细胞（WBC）数、红细胞（RBC）数、血红蛋白（Hb）含量、红细胞平均体积（MCV）、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量（MCH）、血小板（PLT）数进行了调查。结果以均数（X）、中位数（M）及相应95％可信限报告，同年龄男女WBC、Hb、PLT差异不大（P＞0.05）而RBC、MCV、MCH则有差异（P＜0.001），各参数与教材及文献比较互有异同。结论临床医师应根据标本来源及检测方法选择不同的正常参考范围。

Objective To estimate the health parameters of blood cells in school before children. Methods Thespecimen was 2753(male 1402, female 1351 ), aged 3 -- 6 years children in Nindo, blood cells Parameters were measuredsuch as leukocyte count(WBC). erythrocyte count(RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), mean coupuscular volume (MCV), meancoupusclar Hb(MCH) and platelet count (PLT). Results Blood cells parameters were reported statistically as mean(x ),median(M) and 95% confidence limit.There were no statistical differences in WBC, Hb, PLT (P > 0. 05), but hadsignificant differences in RBC, MCV, MCH (P < 0. 001). And more, there were some different ranges in all blood cellsParameters comared with textbook and reports. Conclusion Clinical doctors should selected different health referencevalues depending on sample sources and detected methods.[
