摘要
根据出版企业员工人力资源的独有特征,提出一种新的人性假设——"价值人"假设,即出版企业组织中员工是工具价值与自我价值二维存在的统一体。在"价值人"假设条件下,出版企业员工管理模式应从传统的"命令—控制"型向"引导—激励"型转变,采用恰当的激励策略来激发员工的工作热情,发掘员工的潜能,推动出版业的科学发展。
Considering the unique characteristics of human resources in publishing industry, this article proposes a new assumption based on human nature---the "Value Person" Assumption, referring to the idea that a staff member in a pub- lishing organization reveals to be the combination possessing both "means value" and "self value". In line with the new concept, the administrative pattern should be transformed from "order-control" to "guidance-motivation" to inspire the staff's enthusiasm by proper motivating measures and further promoting the scientific development of publishing industry.
