从甲型H1N1流感防控看现代疾病预防控制的新特点

New characteristics of modern disease control and prevention system from the control of influenza A(H1N1)

甲型H1N1流感防控使我国疾病预防控制体系在SARS之后再次受到考验,我们不仅看到了经过升级后日趋完善的疾控体系,也体现了现代疾病预防控制以公众健康为导向,以公共资源为保障,以社会动员为主要方法,更加注重合作协调的新特点。通过分析该次甲型H1N1流感防控的策略和措施,探讨如何借鉴甲型H1N1流感防控经验,促进我国疾病预防控制体系的发展,为推进现代疾控体系建设提供参考意见。

The disease control and prevention system in China faced great challenges again on the control of influenza A（H1N1） after SARS epidemic.This study analyzed the new characteristics of the disease control and prevention system from the control of influenza A（H1N1）.It suggested that the disease control and prevention system have improved a lot after SARS.It takes the community health as the orientation and the public resources as the guarantee system.It takes the social mobilization as the main method and emphasizes cooperation and harmonization.This study studied the strategies and measures of the control of influenza A（H1N1） and explored how to develop the disease control and prevention system and brought recommendations for improving the system.
