针刺中药合用治疗老年性痴呆115例临床总结

Clinical Summarization of115Cases of Senile Demen- tia Treated by Combination of Acupuncture with Chi- nese Herbs

单纯用针刺或中药与针药并用进行比较 ,结果显示针药并用的疗效 (总有效率 84.2 1 % )明显优于单用针刺 (总有效率 5 8.6 2 % )或单用中药 (总有效率 6 5 .5 1 % ) ,组间比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,说明针药并施是治疗本病的最佳方法。

The therapeutic effects of simple acupuncture, Chinese herbs and combination of acupuncture with Chinese herbs were compared in115cases of senile de- mentia.Results showed that total effective rate of combination of acupuncture with Chinese herbs ( 84 .2 1% ) was significant superior to that of simple acupuncture( 58.62 % ) or Chinese herbs( 65.51% ) , with very significant difference( P<0 .0 1) .It is indicat- ed thatcombination of acupuncture with Chinese herbs is the best therapey for seline dementia.
