基于城市规划视角下的资源型城市发展策略研究

Resource-based Urban Development Strategy Study Based on Urban Planning Perspective

资源型城市曾为我国经济的快速发展做出过突出贡献,但随着资源储量的日益减少,资源型城市开始逐渐失去发展动力.通过对我国资源型城市发展现状及其特点的分析,以城市规划为研究视角,提出了资源型城市应通过调整城市规划为切入点,通过更新城市发展观念、以可持续发展的观念优化城市空间布局、构筑一系列资源型城市可持续发展战略工程的策略,来推动城市可持续发展进程.该研究成果将对资源型城市的可持续发展提供相应的借鉴。

Resource-based cities have made outstanding contributions to our country＇s rapid economic development, but with resources dwindling reserves, resource-based cities began to lose the momentum of development. Through the analysis of the current development condition and the characteristics of resource-based cities, with the urban planning perspective, this paper argue that resource-based cities should adjust the urban planning, update the concept of urban development, optimize the layout of urban space to construct a series of sustainable strategic project to speed up the process of city sustainable development. The research results wiU do much profound favor to the resource-based cities＇ sustainable development.
