轻钢龙骨结构住宅体系以其重量轻、抗震好,寿命长、施工快等优良特性,逐渐成为钢结构住宅的一个重要发展方向.从技术和应用两方面介绍了轻钢龙骨结构住宅在国内外发展过程,对比发现我国的轻钢结构住宅技术与欧美,日本等发达国家的先进技术还存在着较大差距。

Cold-formed steel structure dwelling system is becoming the major development trend of steel structure for its lightweight, long durability and quick construction. In this paper, the development process of technology and application of cold-formed steel structure dwelling system in China and abroad is introduced. Compared with developed countries there is great disparity in this area.
