摘要
某住宅小区1~15#楼采用水泥土搅拌桩复合地基,房屋建成后部分楼房出现不同程度的裂缝。新建16#楼,拟采用沉管灌注桩基础,因试桩不满足设计要求,后改用CFG桩复合地基,条形基础,满足结构设计要求,房屋使用良好,CFG桩可在该小区乃至襄樊城区推广应用。
1~15th buiding in a residential district applied cement-soil mixing composite foundation.After finishing those houses,there are degrees of cracks in part of the building.The new building of 16th intends to apply driven cast-in-place pile foundation,but testing pile does not meet the design requirement.In order to meet the structural design requirement,CFG pile composite foundation,strip foundation are used by 16th building.The using condition of 16th building is so well that the CFG pile can spreads and applys in this district as well as in Xiangfan city.
