Historical Evolution and Contemporary Connotation of CPC's Outlook on Development from the Administrative Perspective

执政60年来,在马克思主义发展理论的指导下,中国共产党在不同的历史时期,面对不同的历史任务,对如何解决中国的发展问题进行了不懈的探索,形成了一系列中国特色的发展观:传统发展观→改革发展观→执政发展观→科学发展观。这些发展观之间既一脉相承又与时俱进,其演进的轨迹清晰可见。考察执政视阈下中共发展观的历史演进及其时代意蕴,是中国特色社会主义事业健康发展的题中之义。

Under the guidance of Marxian development theory, the CPC has explored series of outlooks on development since the reign for sixty years, which can deal with different historical tasks of the times. These outlooks on development are traditional, reformatory, ruling and scientific outlooks on development. These outlooks come down in one continuous line and advance with the times, and their path is very clear. Hence, studying on the historical evolution and its contemporary connotation of CPC＇s outlook on development from the administrative perspective is important for the health development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
