随着信息技术的发展,电子政务逐渐取代传统政务,移动政务凭借其在针对性、响应速度、覆盖率和可及性方面的优势逐渐超越了传统电子政务。随着3G的发展和"无线城市"计划的提出,3G手机作为核心的移动终端,将在"无线城市"和移动政务的建设中大展拳脚。届时,3G手机在移动政务中的应用也将推动政府公共管理模式和政府信息发布模式的创新,推动信息化的、无线的、高效的、透明的、互动型和服务型的新型政府的建立。

With the development of information technology, e-government has taking an important role in daily public administration. With the superiority on pertinence, response speed, coverage and accessibility, m-government has gradually exceeded the traditional e-government. For the driving force of China 3G technologies and the wireless city plan, the 3G mobile phone, as the core mobile terminal, will be in good use in the construction of wireless city and m-government. Then, the application of 3G mobile phone in m-government will promote the innovation of government administration mode and governmental information issuing mode, accelerating the construction of informatization, wireless, effective, crystal, interactive and service-oriented government.
