高校涉及的法律问题越来越多样化和复杂化,积极预防、妥善处理学校的法律事务,拿起法律的武器维护师生和学校的合法权益,是学校发展过程中急需解决的问题。设置法律顾问机构是解决高校法律问题的有效办法,是维护学校权益的有效途径。高校设置法律顾问机构具有人力资源充分、运作成本低、组织形式多样化的优势。
Nowadays,universities involved in more diverse and complex legal issues.h is a problem need to solve urgently in the development process that actively preventing and properly handling the legal affairs, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of students and universities using legislation as weapons. It is an effective way to handle the legal issues of universities by setting up a law consuhant agency, and an effective way to safeguard the interests of the university.
