益气活血系列方治疗膜性肾炎31例临床观察

Thirty -one Cases of Membranous Nephritis Treated with Serial Recipes of Benefiting - qi Activating -blood

肾活检诊断为膜性肾炎病人61例,中药组31例,激素组30例。分别予益气活血系列方和激素治疗,同时测定治疗前后24小时尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血脂、肾功能等。并检测中药组治疗前后IgG、IgA、IgM、C_3、CD_3、CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8、TXB_2、6—Keto—PGF_(1α)、TPA、PAI、SOD、LPO。结果:中药组总有效率为74.2％,激素组为46.6％,中药组治疗后24小时尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血脂均明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),激素组治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。中药组治疗后IgG、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8、TPA、TXB_2、LPO、SOD均较前有明显改善(P<0.01或 P<0.05)。

61 cases of membranous nephritis diagnosed by biopsy were divided into a 31-case group of Chinese medicine and a 30 - case hormone group, treated respectively with the serial recipe and hormone. Examinations were made on 24 - hour - urine protein, plasma albumen, blood lipids and renal functions before and after the treatment. At the same time. the-IgG, IgA, IgM, C3. CD3, CD,, CDS, CD4/CP8, TXB2, 6-Keto - PGF1α, TPA. PAL SOD, LPD of the Chinese medicine group were also examined before and after the treatment. Results revealed the total effective rates for the Chinese medicine group and hormone group were 74. 2% and 46. 6% respectively. The urine protein, plasma albumin, blood lipids in the Chinese medicine group 24 hour after treatment were all markedly improved (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05), while that in the hormone group remained unchanged (P > 0. 05). Again, IgG, CD3, CD4, CD8, TPA. TXB2, LPO, SOD in the former group after treatment were also markedly improved (P<0. 01 or P<<0. 05).
