思想政治教育话语涉及三个基本命题:话语权力贯穿思想政治教育话语始终、话语描述成为思想政治教育话语的核心、思想政治教育话语的价值向度在于话语效果。权力贯穿思想政治教育话语的始终,渗透到思想政治教育话语所能触及到的任何角落。思想政治教育话语最核心的任务就在于在一定的语境下如何描述以及能在什么程度上描述思想政治教育内容,推动教育者和受教育者之间的沟通。思想政治教育话语能否描述、以及描述的程度决定了思想政治教育的效果。
