卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中Rb、p16蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘要 应用免疫组织化学技术,对31例颗粒细胞瘤进行了抑癌基因Rb(视网膜母细胞瘤基因)、p16蛋白表达的测定,探讨上述指标在其发生发展和恶性程度判定中的作用及其相互关系。研究表明,p16阳性表达率为5808%,pRb阳性表达率为5484%;pRb和p16间存在着负相关关系;p16(-)、Rb(+)表达者呈现恶性趋势。提示p16、Rb蛋白可能参与颗粒细胞瘤的发生和发展。p16、Rb蛋白的负相关表达为颗粒细胞瘤的不良预后因素。p16、Rb蛋白表达的测定可用于判定颗粒细胞瘤的恶性程度,为指导临床治疗和评估预后提供了客观而有价值的定性。 Immunohistochemistry technique was employed to detect the expression of Rb and p16 protein in tissue of 31 granulosa cell tumors of ovary.The results showed that in 31 cases of GCT,the total positive rate of p16 expression was 58.06%,and Rb's was 54.84%.There was a reciprocity between Rb inactivation and p16 expression.The tumors of p16 negative and Rb positive expression might display malignant tendency.Our results indicated that p16,Rb protein might have relation to the occurence and development of GCT.p16 negative and pRb positive expression were adverse prognostic factors in GCT.Thus,the parameters mentioned above may be applied to diagnose the malignency of the GCT and provided both objective and valuable index in quality for clinical therapy and prognostic evaluation.
