远程高等教育成本效益实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Cost-benefit of Distance Higher Education

主要使用某省级远程高等教育办学机构的数据,实证研究了该远程高等教育办学机构的成本效益问题。研究结果表明:远程高等教育固定资产、管理费用和人力资本的投入与在校生数量具有相关性;要实现远程高等教育的规模经济必须考虑固定资产、管理费用和人力资本的影响因素;在一定范围内,远程高等教育可以实现规模效益;固定资产投入具有滞后性,最高投入一般会在最大的在校生数量的后面出现。

By data from a provincial distance higher education institution,this paper analyzes empirically the costbenefit of this institution.The results shows that the capital asserts,overhead expenses and manpower capital of distance higher education are related to the number of students.To improve the scale of economy in distance higher education, we must take into consideration the following factors：capital asserts,overhead expenses and manpower capital.In certain scope,distance higher education can achieve profit on a large scale.The investment of capital asserts lags behind and the highest investment will appear after the largest number of the students.
