摘要
成人高等教育作为一种准公共产品具有外部性,对社会产生的外部经济,同时对本科教育产生的外部不经济。本文在成人高等教育存在问题阐述基础上,探析成人高等教育的外部不经济性,通过建立模型对成人高等教育的外部不经济性、成人高等教育和本科教育的关系进行研究,并提出建议。
The adult education has very strong externalities as a public goods. On one hand, it has external dis- economy on society; and on the other hand, it has external diseconomy on undergraduate education. This paper analyzes problems of today＇sadult education, points out the causes of these problems： external diseconomy of the adult education, suggests constructing a model to analyze the externalities of adult education and the relation between the adult education and the undergraduate education.
