农村中小学英语教师队伍发展的思考——基于对豫西南农村英语教师基本情况的调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 以豫西南13县市为调查对象,从年龄结构、职称、学历、工作量、对职业满意度五个方面调查了农村中小学英语教师的基本情况,调查发现教师年龄呈年轻化趋势、结构有断层现象;职称结构不尽合理,职岗不一现象突出;第一学历偏低,以英语专业取得学历的人数较少;工作量适中;对职业满意度较高。据此,作者对农村外语师资队伍的建设提出了一些合理化建议。 Taking 13 counties in the southwest of Henan province as investigative objects, the author has investigated the basic status of English teachers' in rural schools from 5 aspects: age groups, professional titles, academic credentials, work load and the satisfaction level of their teaching profession. It shows the tendency of a younger teaching staff, inconsistent percentage of different age groups, unreasonable patterns of professional titles, incompatibility of teaching posts with professional titles, unqualified first academic credentials, a limited number of English majors among English teachers, proper work load and high satisfaction level of their teaching profession. Based on the above analysis, some reasonable suggestions are proposed on the construction of English teaching staff in rural areas.
