摘要
教育实习是师范生提升教学技能,转变教育价值理念和对基础教育的信念、对中小学、学生以及复杂社会的认识和态度的重要过程。然而,在教育实习中客观存在着一些"反教育"的潜课程,容易给实习生带来诸多负面的、非专业的、潜移默化的影响。消除这些不良影响,将有助于确保教育实习的质量,促进师范生的专业发展。
Educational practice is an important progress for normal students to improve their teaching skills, trans- form their views about educational value, beliefs about basic education, cognitions and attitudes to elementary and secondary schools, students and sophisticated society. However, some anti-educational latent curricula exist which bring trainees many negative, unprofessional and imperceptible influences. Eliminating those undesirable impacts above can ensure the education practice' s quality and promote the development of normal university students.
