简要介绍了东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司自主开发的600MW超临界"W"型火焰锅炉的主要技术特点、结构和系统布置。该方案采用合理的热负荷指标,煤质适应性好;对燃烧系统做了改进,增加了OFA以减少NOx生成;采用低质量流速水动力技术,安全可靠。
This article Introduces the technical advantages and key characteristics of the new type super-critical ＂W＂-flame 600 MW boiler. Reasonable heat release load is adopted to ensure good coalfuel adaptability. Optimized firing system is designed to decrease NOx emission and low mass flow hydrodynamics technology is used in water wall design.
