为解决东汽表工公司1.5MW风力发电机联轴器依赖进口的现状,并掌握其设计与制造技术,展开了对联轴器的结构设计,强度分析与计算,金属材料、烧结复合材料、玻璃钢非金属材料性能与工艺研究以及满足产品制造和检测所需的力矩检测试验台的设计与制造、动平衡检测系统创立等一系列研制工作。通过努力,现国产化联轴器的产量超过了1000台,产品质量稳定,已全面替代进口件。
In order to change the situation of depending on importing wind energy converter coupling, and master the design and manufacturing technology, we embark on the work of structural design, strength analysis and calculation, research on metal materials, sintered composite materials and glass fiber nonmetal materials, the design and manufacturing of testing platform and dynamic balance testing system for production and testing the torque. Through these efforts, the output of the coupling is more than 1 000 units. It fully replaces the importing products and the quality is stable.
