摘要
介绍了1000MW级压水堆蒸发器的整个制造工艺过程,分析了蒸发器的主要制造技术难点,阐述了关键零部件的制造工艺。总结了核电成功制造实绩,建立了一套体系,培养了一支队伍,提高了1000MW级核电国产化能力。
The article gives a general presentation of the 1 000 MW PWR Steam Generator with its manufacturing process, and analyzes some key technical points, describes the fabrication process of some important parts and components. Moreover, it also summarizes the sucessful manufacturing experiences and cases, establishing a whole set of manufacturing system, strong technical team and higher abilities of manufacturing localization.
