摘要 基于Moldflow二次开发,提出了表征制件体积收缩率均匀性的算法,采用Moldflow并结合正交实验设计对汽车外饰件进行体积收缩率分析,研究了不同工艺参数对制件收缩均匀性的影响程度,进而得到了一组最优工艺参数及其影响规律,为模具设计、制件成型提供了重要依据。 Based on Moldflow secondary development, the method of characterization uniformity of shrinkage was proposed. The volume shrinkage of outer decoration of automobile were analyzed and simulated by using Moldflow software with Taguchi testing design. The effect of different process parameters on the uniformity of shrinkage was studied and got optimized processing parameters and the influencing factors to provide the important basis for the mould design and formation of the part were also cleared.
