银修饰的碳纳米管对于聚乙烯醇薄膜电学性能的影响

摘要 采用一种简单的方法用银(Ag)纳米粒子对碳纳米管(CNT)进行修饰,得到了银/碳纳米管纳米复合材料(Ag/CNTs),并将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混制备薄膜;并且与加入未处理碳纳米管、处理后碳纳米管的聚乙烯醇薄膜在力学与电学性能方面进行了比较。研究发现,含有处理后碳纳米管薄膜的力学性能最好,而含有银/碳纳米管纳米复合材料的薄膜电导率最高。 Carbon nanotube (CNTs) decorated with silver nanoparticles was developed to prepare the Ag/CNTs composites, which were blended with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to produce the film. The electrical and mechanical properties of the films were compared with those containing untreated or treated CNTs. It was found that the films containing modified CNTs had the best mechanical properties, and the electrical conductivity of the films containing the Ag/CNTs was the highest.
