摘要
报道了根据λ/4型电磁波吸收原理,通过理论设计和模拟分析,以普通的无吸波性能的发泡型聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)板为介电材料,通过电阻膜复合,成功制备出新型轻质泡沫塑料吸波板材并进行2.45GHz吸收材料设计。实验表明,电阻膜的方块电阻值为345Ω,厚度1.8cm的泡沫塑料板试样,在2~4GHz频带,-10dB吸收带宽达到60%以上,在3.8GHz左右,最大吸收峰为-27dB,而同样特性的2.45GHz吸收材料设计厚度为2.5cm。
This paper reported a new type of wave absorbing sheet made of light foam plastic was successfully prepared, and made the 2. 45 GHz absorbing material design according to the λ/4 type electromagnetic wave absorption principle, through the theoretical design and simulation analysis, by using foam polystyrene foam (EPS) sheet with ordinary non-absorbing properties as the dielectric material, and through overlapping the resistor film. Experiments showed that the resistance of resistive film was 345 Ω, the foam sheet sample with the thickness as 1.8 cm in 2 -4 GHz frequency bands, its - 10 dB absorbing bandwidth was more than 60 % in the 3.8 GHz or so, and the maximum absorption peak was -27 dB, while the 2.45 GHz absorbing materials' design thickness was 2. 5 cm with the same characteristics.
