摘要
利用BALB/c小鼠子宫内膜异位症(EMs)模型,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术和酶联免疫吸附试验,从mRNA水平和蛋白水平上检测了EMs BALB/c小鼠腹腔免疫细胞和腹腔液中的巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在造模后变化情况.结果显示:造模后的21 d内MIF在基因水平和蛋白水平上都高于对照组,尤其在异位灶形成的早期阶段增加更为显著.提示MIF与EMs的发生发展过程关系密切,可能参与早期的病理活动过程.
By using the built BALB/c mice endometriosis model, the mRNA and protein levels of MIF in the peritoneal cavity immunocytes and peritoneal fluid of model mice were detected through real-time quantitative RT-PCR and ELISA, respectively. The results showed that in the 21 days after induction the mRNA and protein levels of MIF in model mice were all significantly higher than control group. MIF was markedly expressed in early-stage endometriotic lesions. It was revealed that MIF play a key role in the pathophysiology of endometriosis,and may involve in the early process of the pathology.
